I’m back with the final post in the Cirque Du Eden series!
The most difficult part about planning parties for my 2 winter babies IS winter. Finding the right entertainment is a close second- which is why I was excited to book Silly Goose and Val to perform for the kids.

We sang. We danced. We laughed… and my house is still standing.

The dessert table featured an elephant topped chevron cake, macaron tower, elephant wars ( petite palmiers)cupcakes, chevron and elephant cookies and white chocolate mousse.

Chevron bags filled with a memory game, necklace, elephant shaped soap and and elephant shaped crayons were give to our guests as a thank you for celebrating with us.

Now on to Christmas. Happy Holidays!

Details! Details!
I’m back to share more details from our Cirque Du Eden birthday party! I have so many great elepments I want to share that I’ve had to break this party into multiple posts!
Today I have photos of the party decor and tablescape. I used lots of vibrant hot pink and orange with a dash of turquoise throughout.
The room was filled with big lofty balloons and the walls were papered with sideshow posters ,ruffled paper streamers and garland.

I used a tutorial by Nicole of Tradewind Tiaras to make fabric covered party hats for each of the kids and set one at each place setting.

Chevron is one of my favorite patterns . Once I saw how great it looked in Eden’s party dress, it was a no-brainer use the pattern as the backdrop for the dancing elephants.

Even the chairs were dressed to dance with tulle skirts.

We dressed up the tables with cheery pink and orange gerber daisies and added lots of ribbon and bling to the paper vases.
The best part to sitting down to the vibrant table was the food! Guests were treated to french crepes catered by the fabulous Matt of the Omelette Guys!

I ‘m considering adding a French spin to all of our party themes just so we can eat crepes more often.
Délicieux!
Be sure to check back for part 3 of Cirque Du Eden! In the last installment I’ll be sharing the details of the dessert table and party favors
